Large four bedroom detached stone cottage with heated outdoor swimming pool and enclosed gardens within easy reach of St. Malo, Caen and Cherbourg. Sleeps 7 plus there is a cot available. No sofa beds. This comfortably furnished traditional detached stone cottage is situated in a quiet hamlet close to the busy market town of St. James.

One double bedroom, two twins and one single bedroom. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave fridge and freezer. Spacious comfortable lounge with woodburner, TV and CD player. Downstairs cloakroom and upstairs bathroom. There is an above ground heated swimming pool which is available through the Summer until the end of September. The house stands within large enclosed gardens with the bonus of an attached orchard of fruit trees. Plenty of space for energetic children! Barbecue and garden furniture available for use. Bed linen and towels are included.
